And "to purify you, i'd only watch you rot" i suspect means that the only way TO purify them is for them to die. i listened to this song quite a bit when me and my ex broke up, lol. Yet another song about Americans, lol. Gotta love them Boston Boys! This one is moreso directed towards all those who never question authority. Not rebelling, but merely asking "why?". The Kool-Aid is metephoracle (like suicide cults, drunk the kool aid and u die for the cause of the cult), so in a way "drinking the Kool-Aid" is their way of saying u didn't question, you don't care why they are doin this, so you don't really deserve to live the life u really don't care about if your not concerned with who is running it and why they do the things they do. |

This song is a compliation of a few Blood For Blood songs. And following their track record, is pretty much their discust with American society. They are one of the few bands capable to do this in every album, but make brand new songs, and still carry much fan basis from album to album....kinda carried on there....lol, sorry! |
