not sure if this has been dicussed before, but if you use the ideas of drug intake as a overall umbrella for contexually flowing ideas within this song,it perhaps enables deeper thought to flow. Herion as a substtance has been used as a song in the velvet underground and nico.I beleive the same idea can be interpretaded to have been "transformedi" into less obviouse, suggestive language forms. "such a perfect day,im glad i spent it with you, such a perfect day,you just keep me hanging on. I feel personally the description of happy times and simplisity depicts the reasons in which one may turn to herion? "feed animals in the park". |

When listening to this song after about four weeks of listening to this song,i felt it had inate contexual meanings in reference to sexual congress. "i ride on a mill train babe, cant buy a thrill..if i die on top of the hill". without being influenced directly,i think i heard someone refer to the dying as loosing control within sexual intercourse,or coming to quick. its an extreme opinion i know. "dont my girl look fine, when she's coming after me". my first comment.Lol. |
