Kanye explains it beautifully in this song... Tough spot to be in after lossing his mama and future wife.

This song reminds me of passing through a beautiful scenery or "street lights" and being very nostalgic in the moment, even blue which is the tone of this song (the whole album;)... And not exactly feeling like your satisfied... I've had a lot of those... Good song even better album! |

Things I love about this woman: She never sacrificies her integrity for anyone and you can bet that shes always been a free-spirit, shes a lyrical genius!...One of my favorite lyrical lines is "I noticed that my opponent is always on the go
And won't go slow so as not to focus and I notice ". tehe.
In response to Hotel Papers question I think she means that if a better opportunity came to her door, she would take it,,,kind of like Serendipty, she believes that there are signs everywhere pointing you in the "right" direction. I saw Fiona apple in concert as an opening act to Coldplay, it is best to dee her in small venues as she tends to keep to herself. And definetly is a non-conformist to society. I love her for that! |

I'm pretty much agree with many of the comments already posted, and I do believe that Chris Martin wrote this song when Gwyenths father passed away. "Tears stream down your face, when you lose something you cannot replace?", this line is personal to me, my grandmother passed away during the time this song was released, and I feel like no one could replace her, and Chris's line," lights will guide you home, and ignite your bones, and I will TRY to fix you." Is like saying, Gwyenth, I will be your home, your comfort, and you can confide in me and ill try to make things alot more smoother for you, during your time of grief...P.S.I saw Coldplay live in concert and I just love it when Chris spins the lightbulb round n' round, it gives me chills, even in the video, the crowd goes wild and starts singing with him, it makes me tear up all the time... |
