There's not much to analyze when it comes to this song. It's pretty much about when you're upset and feel like you've been decieved your whole life you're not the only one going through it. It's basically telling you to just keep holding on and you'll make it through. Great lyrics, but maybe a bit too emo and whiney for my taste but I'd say it's probably one of Saosin's best. |

This song is interesting, and although AKCBD is not a very well-known band [are they even signed to a label?] I am surprised nobody else has commented on these lyrics. This song is very metaphorical, but I believe it's about not being able to tell someone the way you feel about them before it's too late... OR it could be even MORE metaphorical than that. But who am I to judge? I am a very literal thinker so someone else needs to comment to help me out here o.0 |

I think this song could mean something different to everyone. But the way I see it, it's basically saying that life is a journey. A journey to find your self in the end. It's about living life to the fullest after making mistakes. I know people are going to believe differently as they do with alot of 30 Seconds to Mars lyrics because they are indeed very complex but this is the way I look at it... |

OK, we all know this song is juvenile... In fact, it's barely even something you can relate to at high school age [this song mostly relates to middle school]. But for all of you people saying that the lyrics are silly you need to take one thing into consideration; Sonny Moore was only about 17 years old when he wrote this song and honestly, FFTL is not a serious band. They like to joke about things, ALOT. So moving on to what I believe this song means... I think it's about a friendship, and the one friend recently found out that the other friend has always been using him- "you were always my enemy". And I suppose in the process the "bad" friend stabbed backs, spread rumors, and did some nasty name-calling. Seriously, this song didn't need to be over-analyzed, nor do any other FFTL songs. It's pretty basic :P |

Haha well, the lyrics are pretty straight forward =] And this is another song well done by Alkaline Trio... I honestly think this is a song anyone can relate to. And all of you who say this song is too harsh...aren't those the best? I mean come on, the harsh/angry ones are the ones people can actually RELATE to. |

The way I see it, the guy in the song is having a dream. The song alternates between the dream and reality. But at the same time it's as if the guy in the song is using the dream is possible escape reality... "Frantically searching for her Inside my head she is somewhere" |

In all honesty, I don't think there is much to analyze when it comes to this song. In my opinion, all it's really about is letting go and just having fun and dancing. And that's what it is...a fun song =] |
