So I totally agree that this is about finding out you're being cheated on. To me the line that says it all is "For the agony, I'd rather know 'Cause blinded I am blindsided" having been cheated on I feel like this refers to that time when you think something's up and you think "I would rather just know now than find out later." You think you're ready to know and that it won't hurt 'cause you see it coming kind of but then when you get the confirmation and there's no more doubts it still hits you like a bullet and you don't see it coming. No matter how prepared you think you are to find out you've been betrayed you never really are... That's what that line says to me. |
