I have a strong connection with this song. It makes me cry. Alot.
I think its about a child dieing, and their subconscious is trying to keep them alive, while the child's life is gradually fading.
And the, when it sings "Hello, I'm still here.." I think it is the child telling the brokenhearted mother/father that they are still there, and that they haven't left their side. Or, possibly the child thinking that they are still alive, and everything that had happened yesterday was just a dream. Its a very sad song. I love it, but it makes me cry for hours at a time. I really don't want to get into detail, but I remember when I lost my favorite pet, (She was rasping alot), I was listening to "Hello," a little afterward and felt that I wasn't really there for her before she died, so she just had to die alone, talking to herself. and she was trying to tell me that she was still there. But I'll stop rambling 'cause I'm getting teary eyed. lol, okay. Well, there is MY meaning for the song. |

I can really get into demonstration on this one. I believe this is from a point of veiw from a spirit or ghost, because they had died, but no one really cared. Like, she had to sacrifice herself, or she was murdered. She's wondering if anywone would miss her, then one day, someone would think something/someone is missing, but they don't realize anything. Its a very sad song, and it fits me in some predicaments. :/ |

I'd say sexual harassment, with stalkers and everything. I've heard the song, and I love it. But think about it; its related to Snow White Queen, and Haunted. Even when the girl tries to escape the twisted-thinking, harassing guy, he always comes back, and is just obsessed with her. I've been in this type of situation, and it isn't too fun. :/ |
