I just heard this song for the first time today. I wish I had heard it long ago, this is a great song with a great meaning. I agree with the above comments about what it means. |

This song is great, and the meaning is pretty straight-forward. Even to the point that we don't really need Brandon's explanation (as quoted above)
I mostly just wanted to comment on the album "Light Grenades" as a whole. While I like all of Incubus's music, I feel that this album is their best, it is just so good, there is not a single weak song. The album features many different styles of music, and I never get tired of listening to it. |

What a great song. This is part of the concept album 'Temple of Shadows'
Seems to me that it kind of is a metaphor on time, as was said. But more or less says that the things we do, have consequences in the future. And hopefully we can learn from others mistakes, and make the right decisions. |
