i think this song is about alchol, but not him in general, it sounds like he knows people who are addicted and want to help hence the line: "Do i hear? Do i hear? a buyer in the balcony" and "if integarty were a wooden spike, we'd all be fucked!" but i dont know for sure... you tell me if im right or wrong... on an off note...
