Love this song! I think it's "She dreams of the roller disco" rather than "She brings up the roller disco" - especially considering the title is Roller Disco Dreams? |

Love the new Panic - they've grown up so much, I'm just completely hooked - and this is my favorite song, along with "Behind the Sea" (the alternate one, without the waves of wooden legs). "You are at the top of my lungs" sort of reminds me of screaming at the top of your lungs. Whether that's joy or not joy or whatever, you usually scream at the top of your lungs for some sort of really strong emotion, or something you're really passionate about, right? I'm a little stumped about the ones who never yawn, though. After reading the comment about "On the Road," though, that also seems to be talking aobut really living life fully, constantly, very deeply. Again, great passion. Just a thought. And another. This: "Through playful lips made of yarn That fragile Capricorn Unravelled words like moths upon old scarves I know the world’s a broken bone But melt your headaches call it home" is about the most gorgeous stanza ever. |

D'you, Malmo ... I realized at camp that it's Tear your eyes away and felt silly for mishearing it, and you're probably right about the snow. As for the tides ... your way makes more sense, but I can't hear it. I wish I could. Jet engine seems a little strange. Nevertheless ... I love this song. Amazing lyrics. Encouraging, in a weird way. |
