LOL @ seaprince. Yes, I LOVE "emo, digitalized music". Because that's exactly what CAKE is. You've sure hit the nail right on the head with that one! Also, I love 60's and 70's music. I just also happen to love CAKE. Why stick to one decade/generation of music? Why limit yourself to that? That's rather stupid. (And by the way, I'm not in my 20's.) Steve hates hockey anyway, lol. Besides, I know they're dorks, but they're not lame enough to say puck yeah, although that would be hilarious. It's 'fuck yeah'. It's not like they're saints who never say any "bad words" anyway. I really love this song. The beat always puts me in a good mood. |

Yeah, whatever zaphod. This is an awesome song, in my opinion. Jim has written some other great songs too. In the Drink? Peterborough? Just because you didn't catch the meaning of the song doesn't mean that Jim isn't a good songwriter. Everyone in BNL is a good songwriter. And you spelled Steve's name wrong. So nyeh. But yeah, I love this song. It's a bit weird, but I just can't not like it. I like the whole album actually, even though it was written in a hard part of their career. They did an excellent job. |
