i agree that he's stuck in the past, but not neccesarily thats a bad thing. i get a feeling that he's singing about a time he had, which was great, and it's like he's telling us that he never will forget it, it will be within him for ever. And I can relate to that. I don't think it's only about love, that's just one way he's chosen to turn the song. But it's easy to releate to this song. "And though time goes by I will always be in a club with you in 1973" |

Just now, this moment, I think I finally realise what the song is about. It was like something just came to me. To me; The song can be about the disguise we all fall in sometimes, hiding from the truth to help others, forget our own feelings and be more aware of helping friends. It's also a kind of biography in it. I think Lene tries to tell us she's okay and won't be thinking about rumors and stuff anymore. And tries to tell us she's okay after those three years with silence. "I'm okay, I really am now, just needed some time to figure things out". It's just like she tells us.

I think all of you have some very interesting thoughts about this song. For me it's about this guy who's hiding something for himself because he probably is having some mental problems, heavy thought's and negative influences. Scars can be scars or something bad he has done earlier in his life. I love the way Lene write and describe. She's this great! Some kind of a poetrymaker :) her songs are so well written, and I shall not forget about those wonderful melodies aswell. Nice prospects you've got^^. all of you. I love to reflect 'round this. |
