| Blind Pilot – Half Moon Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| The only error I see is that it's "hold high HOW FAINT your reasons". Straight from the insert. | |
| Monsters of Folk – Temazcal Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| A Temazcal is basically a sweat lodge, which is a ceremony of native/shamanic cultures. | |
| The Graduate – Choke Lyrics | 16 years ago |
i think he says "i'm scared you may have been my better half". |

| Bright Eyes – When the Curious Girl Realizes She Is Under Glass Lyrics | 18 years ago |
Now, the part where he says "I put my face in the dirt..." made absolutely no sense to me. And the more I've listened to the song, it sounds like he's saying "I put my FAITH in the dirt". Maybe he means this as in, he buried his faith, and another world was opened up to him. |

| The Graduate – Justified Lyrics | 18 years ago |

This song is definitely about sex. I'd like to believe there's more too it, but I don't think there is. |
| Park – Who Is Aliandra? Lyrics | 18 years ago |
I think it's about cheating on his girlfriend. Or a relationship that he really wants to forget. |
| Park – Mississippi Burning Lyrics | 18 years ago |
Yeah, that is what it's about. Defnitely a very chilling song. And if you listen closely in the "turn down these lights" part, you can here someone in the background who's sing/screaming "Burn, Mississippi, burn". That was sooo eerie. Great band, sad they broke up. |
| Park – La Amoureux Lyrics | 18 years ago |
Yeah, it's "La Amoureux me defont", which was intended to mean "Lover, you destroy me", but it's really just jibberish. And it's "a labored cough", not a livid cough. The end of this song is the best part by far. |
| Bruce Springsteen – No Surrender Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I agree, I like the live version better. | |
| The Junior Varsity – The SKY! Lyrics | 18 years ago |
I think in the first verse, he says "As our burnt up bodies return to the ground". Great song. Can't wait till Cinematographic comes out. |
| As Cities Burn – The Widow Lyrics | 18 years ago |
I think the greatest statement of the whole song is the last few lines. But I believe there is something here to be learned of grace Cause I can't help but love you Even with a heart that breaks Like the promises that you made Even though his father is "dead" to him, and through all these horrible things his father did to him, he still loves him. And the song definitely has religion spattered about it. Another really powerful part is when he talks about how his mom taught them to call him father instead of daddy. Phenomenal song. |

| Forgive Durden – Harry Frazee And No, No, Nannette Lyrics | 18 years ago |
In the story, I don't think he actually physically murders the corporate head. I tihnk the corporate head is the representation of what ailed him, what held him down. And I think when "the trigger gives", he's cutting of that part of his life. I think it's turning point in the CD. That's just what I think. |

| Forgive Durden – I've Got a Witch Mad at Me and You Could Get into Trouble Lyrics | 18 years ago |
I think the thing I love about this entire album is that all the tracks are part of the story, but could just as well stand completely alone. I pretty much agree with Zoobe40. It's about trying to escape the things that you were a part of, but realizing there's no way to rid yourself of them. He has learned to accept that by the end of the song. No matter how far we go There's no escaping the glow We'll take our seats at the throne Wonderland is now our home |
