He had never actually met him, But Either Scarlett or his mom tracked his dad down and they met during the making of the video for this. It was a happy reunion. I first heard this song at my first concert, NIN with my mom. It was awesome, I was jamming to all the songs I knew, then suddenly, Trent just comes out on this Piano and played this song. The Lyrics instantly got stuck in my head and I got Pretty Hate Machine The Next day, looked through the back of the CD case, found my song, and listened to it again, and again, anda gain. It's an amazing song with such raw emotion. When your looking around and seeing this person everywhere when you know that it is something you can never have, I've had that happen. It's awesome. |
