I'm gonna say what I say for every apc/tool song.......
apc/tool's song lyrics are made with more than one meaning, that's what's so unique about them. They make lyrics for the person themself to determine it for what they will. It can have endless meanings, depeding on what your perspective is, not just generally one meaning. |

there's many different meanings to what it could be, so not one person is right or wrong. I just finished a book called, I Am Legend by Richard Matheson, and if any of you know what I'm talking about, this song would be perfect for the movie that's coming out in December. |

like I've said on stinkfist, tool's songs aren't supposed to have one meaning, it's there for you to interpret it any way you want. different meanings, different people. so don't argue over it, it's right no matter what way you say it, that's how tool is, their songs don't always ahve one geeral meaning. |

personally, I don't think tool/apc's songs have one specific meaning. there's many different interpretations on what it may and could be, but I think their lyrics are made like that to make you think. that's what I love about them. they're unlike any band out there these days, all that mainstream bullshit should die. |
