at totalitarion, he's neither, he says he doesn't fall in ,love with gender he falls in love with people, for example most of the songs on magic position are about ingrid z where as songs on earlier albums are about boys. I think it explains itself, like most of his songs. I think what he means about writing the end when he was 19 is that by then had let go off all the anger etc. that comes from something like that and been able to write about it from another prospective. He has spoke of his hate of certain magazines painting him has a victim because of this song and this incident. Also you have to be weary, because he now openly admits that he made up things in a lot of early interviews to create a myth of patrick wolf. |

According to him its about a schizophrenic hermaphrodite, (i think a child) the first part of the song is the male half, and the second part of the song (after but still, but still, but still) is the female half. He wrote it so that it would never be played in starbucks as TeN said. I thought it was about a pedophile at first but apparently not. I love the "freak folk" scene. |
