They like Placebo very much but I don't think that this is anything to do with them. By the way, This Song Is Freaking Great! One of the best on Venus Doom. IMO Kiss of Dawn, Love in Cold Blood, Dead Lovers Lane & Cyanide Sun are the best!

@ DreamersDisease; He hasn't cut down on smoking but he's drinking water now instead of beer and jaegermeister... I also read that he went to rehab because of his alcohol problem (which he obviously has/had)

This song is actually about a former girlfriend of ville. She cheated on him and he "kills" her with this song... I read that in a book where he explained all of their songs.
