Ronnies voive in this song..wow he has a more hardcore voice but it works for acustic....becuse u can tell he just wants to scream becuse its so full of emotion....its just absoulutly the best....what I get out of the meaning is that obiously his mom ran off from the family and he still hasn't gotten over that and he is still hurt by it and that when she was there maby she told him he would never be a singer or something and that's why he tells his brother to tell there mother that he can sing.....and when he is talking to his brother he is telling him to stop doing drugs....and get away from las vegas(that's where there from and that's just where I'm guessing he is saying is and "awful town") and try to mature becuse he is going to have kids and he wants him to be there for them....and when he is talking to his dad he is asking how he has been and he is thanking him for being there for them when there mother wasn't....and during the chores he is just saying don't worry about him becuse even if he isn't there becuse he is going to be okay now....that's just what I get from it....I rly like this song fav. on the album |

Ok so I heard about this band about 2 years ago(before they were all big and famous)...and this song was the 1st sing I'd heard by them...and I instantly fell in lv with it....and live wow is all I can say....I know this is bad but live I honestly think ryan has a better voice live then brendon...not that brendons voice isn't good becuse it is great....but I just lv this song....if they wear to make a video of this song I just imagined it to be....I think it was I'm Mr. And Mrs. Smith...its like a nive dinner event in a cylinder buliding...and just idk I come up with stuff like this all the time...so it makes sence in my head....lol |

Well we all already know that this song is pertty much the best song on this planet...but not until I read what GothGuy had to say on the 1st pg did I even consider that this song could be seen as to have that perspective and I rly like looking at it that way(and since all the guys are christans :D it could kinda also have that behind what the actulal meaning is) but now I just wanna tell yall how much this song means to me and why I lv it....I heard a interview with Ronnie and he said this song if u can like sing it to someone and it applies to the way u feal perfectly then you have found ur true lv....and I belive that that is truly what this song is about...and I say this from personal experiance....I found a guy though me and him never dated we were best freinds....and I lv this bot with ALL my heart..and this it matches perfectly becuse like...half the time I talked to this boy he would be telling me stuff like "ill be there for u forever" and just "ill be at ur 1st fashion show" and just stuff to make me feel confidante in what I want to do with my life in the future....and I mafde him a cd and told him the 1st song is the most important song....and as far as I know that was the only one he ever listend to......but one day our freindship ended...and it hurt rly bad I just had my heart broken....it just so happend that night I was going to see rja in concert....and they played this song....and hearing ronnies voice and just seeing them play this song and everything that had happened with my freind that day..during this song I just stared crying....and let me tell u I realised at that moment this song rly had a lot of meaning and so much power....at least to me.....ok so I used this to more vent then anything so sry but yeah that's what I feel about this song IT ITS AMAZING!!!!!!! |
