I thnk this song is very much about Doherty's relationship with his drugs and possible his own realisation, or rather admittance, that it's going to be one hell of a struggle for anyone to get him to give them up: "nothing's gonna keep me from my What did I dream" the second verse is about Him confiding in his cocaine/heroin/marijuana etc... and despite him putting all his trust in it, finding solace in it's flood, it won't do him any other good. |
