Just about EVERYONE who commented on this song, what the fuck is up with you? You guys are putting each other down, telling each other how you're right and they're wrong. Even if you act like you know it all, only Kurt Cobain knew exactly what this song was about. Stop saying you do or someone else doesn't. Because everyone can interpret this differently. I think the song is about rebelling. In the chorus, I think he's saying he doesn't want to do normal things like building a house and planting a tree and having kids ("breeding") cause he doesn't give a shit what everyone else does. He doesn't LIKE what everyone else does. He'd rather not breed...plant a house, and build a tree instead. But I don't think all the lines are spoken in his voice. He sings "she said" so obviously, one or more of the lines in the chorus is stated by "her." I honestly won't claim that I understand this song down to the last word. It has good guitarring and drums and it sounds good to my ear, that's all I know. |

I totally love Leathermouth, but Frankie's right! This is a very, very angry side of him. It kind of makes me scared, to think of him thinking this because in My Chemical Romance, seems so....calm and sweet. But I still love this song, and Leathermouth. I think the lyrics are kind of off, though... If LM and MCR went on tour, I think I wouldn't go to a single concert. I mean, their style is so different. It wouldn't fit... I like My Chem better, personally. And Frankie SHOULDN'T quit MCR, B12, that would totally suck. Can you imagine MCR with no Frank? I can't... |
