ok never mind my last post. i went on youtube to find a live video of them performing this song, and they talked about what it was about: two you people fall in love, and they find all these things in each other that they are missing in themselves and they are crazy in love, and then the baby comes into the picture, and they come to realize that love isn't perfect, and it doesn't fit a shape, but they have each other, regardless off the mistakes they've made, and that makes their love perfect. right from the mouths of mae my fair people |
