I've only listened to this song about 3 times and my though on it is this; she was looking for a guy, finally found one and didn't care who he is. Basically taking him as he is. And she realizes he isn't the guy she wanted so she starts cheating on him. She feels guilty about it and thinks that she shouldn't be the one to blame. He might be emotional and hurt himself so she wants him to kill his self. |

I love this song! It's so awesome, and I can't wait to hear the album version. I think this songs meaning is it's okay to believe what you want, but know Jesus will always take you as you are. "I love that you're never satisfied With face value wisdom and happy lies You take what they say and go back and cry You're so close to me that you nearly died" I guess with that it's saying everything Jesus does for you your never satisfied with it. Then He's saying your not doing enough and your letting what other people say about you get to ya and you feel like Jesus has failed you. "They don't have to understand you Be still Wait and know I understand you Be still Be still Here you are down at my feet again Handing it all back to me again Right where I want you to be again I love you! I love you! I love you!" In that Jesus is telling you He loves you and will take you as you are. & to reject and be happy. I'm not 100% sure, but that's what I think. |
