this song is about finding something real. You think that you don't deserve it, but there is a person out there that will treat you right. "Hey little girl would you like some candy." reminds me of the child inside all of us that is easy to lure with such petty things like candy...something you think that you want, but really just makes you sick. The last verse in this song says there is someone out there for everyone, who will see how much you have been hurt in the past, and will love you the way that you are supposed to be loved...the love that you deserve. |

This song represents reminicing on a past relationship. She still thinks about this guy, he is still a part of her. The call and the disconnected line part is how she wishes she felt about this guy. That she thinks he'll call and it will be a disconnected line, meaning she moved on without telling him. This song is about convincing herself that she is okay, but really her heart is still in it, and regargless of how much she tells herself she is okay and better off without him, that if he were to come back to her, she would take him back in a second. |

This song is about the experience of seeing things through full circle. The first encounter speaks of a time when everything got to that point with that special person became too much, and the relationship just ended. The middle of this songs builds the story of how wrong she was for ending it, how she was depressed and unable to function. The end of this song shows how things came full circle, repeating the same scenario as earlier, but with a new understanding, a new feeling and outlook.
