I think this song is about a relationship gone wrong, one person loves the other person, but they never really liked them and just toyed with them.("It was only a game that you wanted to play") Thoughts of suicide and fear run through one persons mind as shown with "But you wanted to die in your own arms" and "Standing side by side lives full of fear" This person gets fed up with the other, "Say goodbye Say goodbye to all that you hold," but by the end of the song it seems that the person sticks around, "Standing side by side" |

I think this song is about being lied to, like when someone is lying to you and you can totally tell they're lying, or being totally let down by someone for no reason. I get that from the "Think you can pull this over my eyes" and "I can see this without sight". I think it's also about how a person can't get over another person and will love them no matter what has happened between them. I get that from the "But my heart will always stay." |
