This song is most definitely about infidelity. I think its about a man who is in love with a girl who is with someone else and hes there for her when her man isn't. And when he says he is lonely in his room and only smells her perfume its referring to her having been there and left and hes lonely because he misses her. But in the end he is always there for her to cry on him when she needs him. |

I love this song simply because one I am a jersey girl, and it describes my bf( whos from PA) and I. Especially the part where he says "tonight I'm gonna take that ride, cross the river to the jersey side" He always comes over to see me on the weekends, and it just fit us perfectly. Despite his old hate for jersey, he found something good in it. |

This song reminds me of a best friend I had who was into a lot of bad things at a young age but then she went to a christian recruiting camp and I miss that crazy part of her. Everytime I hear "where were you while we were getting high?" It reminds me of the time when she was a free-spirit, and how much I want my friend back. I guess God gets the best of us sometimes. |

I think this song is definitely about a guy approaching a girl hes been admiring for a while and just says whats the point in being shy and goes for it and the rest is him asking her questions to get passed that tension. I can relate to this. Since the first day at my new college ive noticed this one guy whos had his eye on me since the first week and just the other day he approached me and this song popped up in my head bc we had to get passed that awkwardness and now just waiting to see what happens. :) |
