"They come in all quiet sweep up and then they leave And you don't hear a single floor board creak They're so much stronger than the friends you try to keep by your side" Is talking about someone who has friends who come and help clean or sweep up the messes they've made and the person doesn't even notice these real friends, quite and kind, but overlooks them in favor of those who aren't as strong a friend/s or person as those who remain silently helping and going, and when they leave, the person doesn't even take note. That's how I see it anyway |
