I don't believe this song has anything to do with Christ either. Amy Lee lost her sister when she was very young, and i believe that this song is a dedication to her as well as My Immortal. She's talking about how she loves her and how she like misses her sister. She's saying that she needs her and she's sorry for the times she hasn't paid attention when she needed it and stuff. Over all, veryyyy good song. and i can play it on piano, it changes the whole sound and it sounds amazing. i love her voice :] |

This song is really good, i like how the chorus slows down and adds some feeling to it. It has a vengeful subject about it. Saying "i hope you're on your own when it starts to slip". it kind of sounds like a guy, who's just been through a relationship, and is mad at the other person for something. They sound like they don't care about them anymore, and they're just done with them in general. overall -- Good song :] |

This song makes me happy, no matter how many times i listen to it. I can sit there and put it on repeat and listen to it for 5 hours and never get sick of it. "If it's a hero you want, I can save you." ^ that part means the most to me, and gets stuck in my head almost every day. I love John Vesley. He's an amazing song writer & guitar player & singer & everything. His songs are just incredible. |
