I think that this song is about feeling as if you have to have complete and absolute control over someone to LOVE them. That james feels that he cannot love someone unless he has control, perhaps that he felt he coulnt love jason anymore unless he was the master of his puppets (being in the band). and furthermore, for all of you that say this is the worst metallica album, listen carefully SHUT THE FUCK UP! James' voice could be the best its ever been, in this album and its different! i think they combined all of their other albums into one in this one, and i really like it. |
