In regards to what Paul says at the end of the song: Quite frankly, I have absolutely no idea, it sounds like gibberish to me, possibly previous lyrics reversed, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was just incomprehensible english (such as the background talking/ singing in such songs as PDA and the first version of ATTBSS). Also, I wouldn't discredit the spanish idea. I know at least one of them speaks spanish, they were originally going to call the band "Las Armas." |

oh, also. Instead of the last "See how I follow the speed in the Starswept night." I think it might be: "I always follow the speed in the starswept night." |

I think this is hands down the most beautiful song on this album. I get lost in it. Some of these lyrics are a little off, yeah. I'm with matti, i'm 99% sure that it's "and to all the destruction in man" instead of "them" also, i'm not so sure about the whole "so that i let you" line. (which repeats, a lot) i really don't hear a "that" instead, i think it's anything from: "slow down, I let you" to "slow down to let you" to "slow now, i let you" anyone else think so? |

I find this song so amusing. The lyrics are just so sincere and blantant, all in regards to a threesome. Here's my two cents: They have had a strong relationship (through the storms and the lie baby you stood by my side), but recently have been experiencing some problems (...two lovers divide). The narrator thinks that the answer to their quandary is a little bit of sexual experimentation; spice things up a bit so to speak. enough said. |

| I've only heard a live recording of this, so I don't know how the actual mastered song sounds, but to me, the beginning two minutes seem really reminiscent of early Interpol, specifically the song "Cubed," otherwise known as "Mascara." | |
