I think it's about a boy and a girl, not a gay relationship. Two school pupils maybe, which would explain why he girl was wearing a tie. Simply it's about a boy regretting his decision to not kiss someone, and him saying it wasn't their fault, and that the other person should have initiated it "You should have asked me for it, i would have been brave". Personally i think this song is about the death of her lover. "And it's much too late to give back your magnetic field EP" "Until one day i realise I don't remember that you're gone" I believe it's about dealing with death, and how she is in denial for so long about it. |
