| Patsy Cline – Walkin' After Midnight Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| "Walking after midnight" must mean wandering in metaphorical darkness, I guess. One wanders in this darkness hoping a past love is also wandering, looking to reconnect. | |
| Queensrÿche – Another Rainy Night (Without You) Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| The lyrics to me sound like a long-distance relationship, and the guy wishes the distance wasn't so long. | |

| Dokken – It's Not Love Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Nearly five years and no comments?! Just listen to the vocal arrangement on this song, and you'll hear why 80s hair metal rules. | |

I love this song. As a bisexual man, this song actually speaks to me, since I refuse to engage in "gay sex" (read: anal) with other men: "You don't know right from wrong" "I'm not one of your bitches!" "Get back you dirty dog Been messin' where you don't belong Stop sniffin' round my britches!" This song always plays in my head on the rare occasion I go to a gay bar. |

Yeah, I can't believe there hasn't been a comment in almost three years for this one! This has to be the best DY song; "High Enough" is a close second. Sounds to me like this song is about a runaway girl who enters a life of prostitution, in the same vein as "Fancy" by Bobbie Gentry/Reba. |
