| Schizophrenia is defined as "contradictory or antagonistic qualities or attitudes." It's different then multiple personalities, but similar. It's when a person's attitudes are so contradictory, it's like they are a completely different person. Well, that is what this song is about. It's talking about our flesh and spirit. It's like Apostle Paul says "for what I want to do I do not." In the song it says several things that are contradictory. "I want it all and I want nothing, all at the same time.""I curse and praise in the same breath," and so on. It's actually rather sel-explanatory. Just read into it a little bit. | |
