I think this song is about someone (presumably Billy or a boy) who loves someone so much and all he wants is for her to realize how much he loves her, but there's almost no words to explain his love for her. I don't really see anything about her not loving him back or anything. The song just is purely to let someone the person loves know about their incredible and undying love for them. |
