i think this song has something to do with sexual relations. liek two young kids around , say 16? and the boy kinda likes her but wants sex more and she really likes him so she goes along with it. "Slow down this is slippin' through my mind, this conversation has run out of time. Honey I know you know what I mean, and that's the one thing that you soon will find." *seems like the girl is saying scared or something, and the boy is trying to calm her down. "I know that you really wanna go, my mind is runnin' outta gas just relax, and recap, and relapse. Tonight, my body's jumpin' and I, go through the motions and I'm leaving on this journey, maybe someday I'll come running home to you." *here its kinda like hes saying that now he wants sex, but maybe one day he'll come back to her. Her heart in my hands, it's too bad, no regrets..." *this part seems like hes saying no matter what happens what they are about to do may not be right, or 'safe' and after that, i'ts too bad, no regrets' "I don't wanna see the day, her tears are falling on my grave. This is my one chance, to take back, no regrets..." *this part kind of seems like hes thinking, to himself, of how he might hurt her, and at this point in time, this is he one chance to take back before its too late, and again, no regrets. I just wanna let you know, this situation leaves me outta breath." *hes nervous and wants to get it over with "We'll drive till the love that's in your eyes, drops to the ground, unravels like a thread..." *they'll keep going at it, until she realizes what hes thinking, "I know that you really wanna go, I only think about her, must get to her, cannot lose her." * this part almost seemed like the total opposite of my idea of this song, here it seems like hes with another girl doing stuff, but he likes someone else 'i only think about her, must get to her cannot lose her'. so yea i analized some of the song and thats jsut what i think it MIGHT mean. |
