wow , good points. i agree with practically erveryone. i am supppahhh excited for on letting go. his songs are always too ... somewhat complicated fro me to have the patience to decipher(so i usually take it for face value utnil i hear some opinions to help me kick off my .. brain.) , so thankzzz guys. |

| i never thought of this song as... sexual. i think of it more as ... the guy can't make his mind up as to whether or not he likes this girl, and his feelings are "twisting," "turning," and "burning," rendering her confused and torn. SHe likes him so much, but she can't deal with his inconsistency and his indecisiveness, so she's breaking apart. He loves no one else, but somehow, somewhere, he just isn't sure if this is what he wants. He thinks he's clever for being the one in control, but what RHCP is so desperately tryingt o tell him si that he is breaking her heart with every moment he doesn't tell her how he feels, and he doesn't even know it. Every time he fluctuates between loving her and not caring, it's another stab in the heart, and the girl is totally getting sick of it, but she likes him so much, she can't stop.
