Great song. It's basically what everyone tells you after a breakup or bad event in life... "time heals." And it's true. But it's one thing you can't be granted a large amount instantaneously, it takes time to have time. My fave lines are: "now is not forever at all", "quiet landslide that nobody knows, regretted decisions that nobody chose" |

First of all I like this new artist. I was even more impressed he wrote all the songs. Great talent. I think this song is about a guy who really loves this girl but maybe more than she loves him at this point. Maybe the end of a relationship "a finished song... one more chord." It seems something he shouldn't want but his heard is in over his head! He's reeling from the end of a relationship he wants so badly to hold on to. |
