This song, to me, is about unity. Man and woman, adult and child, we're all humans. We all need to help each other out from time to time, and the overall theme is tolerance. Great song. 10/10 |

1st comment?! Nice. Anyway... I think this song is meant to simply be inspirational. A message saying "let go of the doubt, let go of your inhibitions...don't mind what they may say." Be unconcerned of their opinion. "Take a step outside the boundaries we live in. Get to know yourself, the real you, the real me" Don't let yourself be encaged by what THEY say. Screw that. You are your own person, no one else's. "Open the eyes of all who see you, who see me. Never lose sight of all you stand for, you live for." Fight for what you believe in. Period. This is one of those songs, GREAT way to end the album. The guitar solo at the end sounds like Mark Tremonti himself played it, absolutely incredible. Submersed is by far one of the most talented bands of the decade. |

We both shut up and just listened, and realized this song described exactly how we felt about one another. This song prompted her to finally free herself of her captive ex, and since then, we've been together, happily. This is our song, and I couldn't be happier. | |
