| Thrice – The Lion and the Wolf Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| While the Devil is scarcely portrayed as "a roaring Lion", the usual symbolism for a Lion is in reference to "the Lion of the tribe of Judah", or Jesus Christ. This seems to fit the meaning of the song better. | |
| Becoming the Archetype – The Balance of Eternity (The Physics of Fire Pt. 4) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
This is the final section of the Physics of Fire songs. It shows an unsetteling view of those who refused to accept the fire, Jesus, into their life. It shows that Satan will be defeated by the power of Jesus. Unfortunately, there will still be those who will not accept the presence of fire, and will not accept the sacrafice of Jesus Christ in thier life. They will remain frozen in darkness for all of eternety. The epilouge is almost a direct quote from Phillipians 2:11. Do you have the fire? We are all born frozen and chained by the bondage of sin. But there is hope, the enemy and the struggles of our lives can be defeated through the power of fire, the love of Jesus. We have a choice, to pick up our torches and to follow Jesus, or to spend an eternity frozen and in darkness forever. Jesus desires to be the fire in your life, burn out of the ice you were born in. Amazing quadrilogy. Lyrically and musicall BTA's best stuff. Peace from the Prince of it. |

| Becoming the Archetype – Epoch of War (The Physics of Fire Pt 3) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| This passage shows the ultimate destiny of the Satan, the enemy. At the sound of a trumpet, alludes to the rapture. While Satan may exert power on the earth now, in time, not even he can stand against the power of fire (Jesus). The finale is The Balance Of Eternity (The Physics Of Fire Pt. 4). | |
| Becoming the Archetype – Fire Made Flesh (The Physics of Fire Pt. 2) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| The second of the quadrilogy of The Physics of Fire songs. The first three lines recount the history of mankind after the fall of Adam and Eve and before Jesus' first-coming as a time of darkness and the repeating metaphor of their souls being frozen from sin. "Until", is a key transtional pharse in the quadrilogy. Before this transition, there is an overall feeling of hopeless are man had fallen with no hope of salvation. Yet this fire falls from the heaven. This fire is Jesus, the only one who can thaw us from the ice of sin. It coninues to describe his followers as the ones to "take up torches and carry them into all the eath". They are also to share to the world the remedy for removing the enemy's grasp on their life. This carryinig alludes to Jesus' parable of being lights in a dark world. Yet still there are people who refuse to accept because they had not seen themselves. But even in the midst of unbelief, there were those who left the things of this world and pursued to reclaim their soul, stolen by the enemy and sin. Story continues with Epoch of War (The Physics of Fire Pt. 3). | |
| Becoming the Archetype – The Great Fall (The Physics of Fire Pt. 1) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| These songs in the physics of fire (a total of four) are a history of mankind as portrayed in the Bible. Before "the great fall" the "power of fire" was know to man. This power of fire is the Holy Spirit, as Adam was, for a time, without sin and indewlt with the Spirit. Through the fall of mankind, this fire was removed due to the results of sin. When Adam Eve ate of the fruit of the tree of knowledge, they was gaining knowledge, but trading their eternal soul in the process. After this, the corruption of the enemy and of sin strangled their lifes, and the lifes of the human race, encasing them in spiritual ice for all time. Fortunately there is more to the story.
