Yeah i thought it was a porn thing at first too, but then actually realized that it might just be someone who's glued to the TV 24/7... watching infomercials at 4am, and skewed news reports feeding you utter crap. I think the porn reference, however, applies heavily to the name. Since phi is the golden ratio, it implies perfection, and "magna" means extreme, maximum. Pornography often distorts our view of reality by showing us people with perfect bodies (sometimes with ratios that far exceed the phi proportions), having unrealistic intercourse. |
