Anyone else listen to this song high and think it was the MOST EPIC thing in the world? I've heard this song a million times and it's always been my favorite, especially to sing along with, but I finally listened to it high and was just in complete AWE, I didn't know I could like it any more. |

I don't think the lyrics are cheesy at all...all of jason's songs have a great flow to them. I think his lyrics are very clever, and you get great imagery from them, like here: "curl your upper lip up and let me look around

This song is amazing, Colbie's voice blends perfectly with Jason's. He is so incredibly versatile, and i agree completely with the fact that he hasn't sold out. He doesn't sacrifice the quality of this songwriting in order to be more popular. He is definitely one of my favorite artists, partly because he is such an epic lyricist. |

At first listen to this song, I wasn't that impressed, but it has definitely grown on me and become one of my favorite songs on the album. The lyrics are extremely hard to understand at some parts...thanks for the translation. I love the part when he says "I gotta write using less emoticons."

I think that stereotyping people by the type of music they listen to is stupid, not to mention stereotyping in general. I hate it when people label music, i just don't see the point. Can't it just be good? I listen whatever makes me happy, whether it is labeled as emo, pop, country, gangsta rap, or classical. I think Chris Carrabba's songs are beautifully written, with or without his mainstream following and if you appreciate music you should give props to the people that do it for a living and work hard to share it with other people. |

I watched a video of him performing this live on youtube, you could tell he had just written it cause it was pretty raw, but still amazing...
Before he started singing he talked about how he found a girlfriend, but they don't live in the same town...and that was what the song was about...sooo that's from him, himself. lol |
