the lyrics are: "you keep spinning your words that beguile" like the others i came across this song through skins. to me the song is about being misled by someone you care so much for that you believe their lies because you are optimistic. they are using you maybe, taking advantage of you, telling you that it's bad now but it'll get better one day, when there really is no guarantee.. they're just keeping you around for their own use. and you want it to be good now, so you keep waiting. |
