The lyrics are cute. The story is sad. The pathetic, self-destructive, whiney emo shrieking, however, does nothing for either lyrics or story. I adore Bright Eyes, but this song either makes me want to die laughing or slit my wrists. Conor can do much, much better. That said, I still like listening to it. |
