Alright. If I can just put this out there randomly. Chevelle is not a fucking christian band. There is nothing Christian about them. Insane jesus freaks warp the fucking lyrics into something they aren't. I'm getting sick of hearing about it. Just because they mention god and some of the messages seem like they'd be the choice topic for bible bangers doesn't mean anything...because the messages aren't Christian, sam even said that they're recovering Catholics. But THE MUSIC ISNT CHRISTIAN....

Alot of people say that it's about Christ, but I think it can also be about claustrophopbia. 'Holding inside/the phobia veiwed/made cold and crippled/ending it all.' It also seems to be about someone being suffocated. |
