i partially disagree with boothx, i feel this song isnt about someone not feeling the same, its about the guy wanting his girlfriend back, hence dichotomy which means seperation, so obviously they had something at a point |

This song to me is about going through a break up, and the realization to grow stronger he has to erase her from his memory, at the same time the failure of the relationship is eating away at him, he'll never forget whats shes done, and all he wants to do is see her suffer like he is, hence your shirt would look better with a columbian necktie, or you would look better with a noose around your neck |
