| Wooden Wand – Dungeons of Irons Lyrics | 10 years ago |
| Beautiful | |
| The Doors – Running Blue Lyrics | 11 years ago |
| The solo singing in the beginning by Jim about Poor Otis is almost a completely seperate song for me, I love the melody of it. | |
| Animal Collective – Wide Eyed Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
Guiding her into dream time Following lights in her eyes This living behind’s got her frightened So I’m here, and I’m working all night And how is she not breaking down? Oh God I feel her shaking Try as I might to provide her light In the end it’s she who’s breaking I’m holding the choice as she grows life from it’s stem Is it better to say not now when I’m trying learn? Yes! I’m dreaming of bouncing feet and your motherly smile But when you’re sleeping so far away I can’t feel what’s inside And how am I still holding on? Oh God I hope I am holding She’ll try and describe what my strength provides but I fear my strength is failing If I could change my mind I would change What’s the change for the better For a child who learns not to cry? And to the boy who relies on his anger: You’ll survive but you won’t feel exchange And why all these doubts? And what are all these doubts? I see in her eyes that I’m holding her fine but all I’m hearing is doubts Even as water’s crushing over my head And the rhythm that I would slow is picking up it’s pace I’m learning from older shames as I’m watching them die And I’m still hoping to see her smile in the morning when we wake Now that I am waking up Oh God I hope I am waking Though I’m overwhelmed at times I find that I’m less afraid of change Change, change all the time I’m still finding what’s sure and not getting lost in my mind I know I can try Needing my own But still getting lost in her eyes And hoping it’s time Wide eyed I get wide eyed |

| Wooden Wand – Babylon the Great, pt. 3 Lyrics | 13 years ago |
|
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babylon_the_great Obviously based on this part from the Bible. But some of those lines just don't make sense the way I wrote them down now, even though it really sounds like he sings it that way. |

| Espers – Dead King Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| That's the version of The Weed Tree EP. It's shorter. | |
| Aereogramme – Barriers Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| This is such a beautiful song. Especially instrumental. Still need to let the lyrics sink in. | |
| Dead Can Dance – Tell Me About the Forest Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
Can somebody help me out? On every site I looked there's a part of these lyrics missing. And it's also not mentioned in the booklet. But between "She will offer up her pearl" and "But I'm not bitter, no I'm surviving" he sings some other things that I haven't found anywhere in the lyrics. One line even sounds like it's French? Great song by the way! I love the way Brendan sings. |

| Animal Collective – Peacebone Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Or maybe that interpretation is just part of the whole thing. :p | |
| Animal Collective – Peacebone Lyrics | 16 years ago |
|
I think this song is - looking at the chorus - about letting go of the past and to follow your heart. "an obsession with the past is like a dead fly" and "And just a few things are related to the 'old times'" And not letting anyone tell you how to live. "It's not my words that you should follow, it's your inside" |

| Oceansize – Music For A Nurse Lyrics | 18 years ago |
|
"Basically, i reckon Oceansize are riduculously christian in their lyrics." I don't think so. You can read these lyrics the way you want it, so I guess you can also link it with Christianity yes. This is a real beautiful song. |

| Sleepytime Gorilla Museum – Ambugaton Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| "All the way from the gates of Eden to the battle of Ambugaton, there'll be trials and tribulations, there'll be sorrow and despair. There'll be brother against brother, there'll be gnashing of the teeth. Those who seek it will receive it, mercy at the savior's feet." | |
| Sleepytime Gorilla Museum – The Creature Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| Yeah, well more like the government of the US, or authority in general everywhere on Earth. | |
| Sleepytime Gorilla Museum – Sleep Is Wrong Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| The official lyrics in the booklet say 'Writhing in the old bliss'. So maybe it should be editted. | |
