This song is probably my favorite song and describes my relationship perfectly. It's definitely about a long distance relationship. They start off 'falling in love,' when the boy (or the girl) is forced to move away. "To my motion fatigue: farewell" "If this is what I call home, why does it feel so alone?" The saltwater room represents a place where the two can be together emotionally regardless of where they are distance-wise. And when they do meet again, 'time together is never enough' because they're constantly fighting the limited amount of time before they have to part again. But when they are together, the boy feels at home because he belongs to the girl he fell in love with. |
