Disciple – Invisible Lyrics 15 years ago
The meaning of this song is pretty obvious.

God is talking to all of the hurting, depressed and hopeless people. God is telling them that he sees their pain and that he is always present and sees all...they are not invisible to Him.

Very powerful song from a very powerful CD.

Breaking Benjamin – Without You Lyrics 16 years ago
To me, this song sounds like it might be about his feelings towards a loved one who is on their deathbed.

The picture I see when listening to this song is the lead singer sitting at the hospital near his father who is lying in bed in the last seconds of his life. He is recalling how each of them have hurt one another. It sounds like he is trying to appologize but because his father is no longer conscious, he is pleading for him to "come back down and save yourself"...."please dont leave me hear again". He ends with "I fogive you, forget you, the end" symbolizing possible closure.

Not quite sure but the song is full of emotion and very well written. A+

Pennywise – Watch Me As I Fall Lyrics 17 years ago
Seeing that Pennywise is pretty much Anarcist, I would think this song depicts the real left wing cooks who do the party no justice by acting completely idiotic. I could be wrong.

Oh yeah, sobermindisawasted1, you might want to actually sober up before posting. You might not have so many typos. :o)

Black Light Burns – Coward (feat. Sonny Moore) Lyrics 18 years ago
BTW, the lyrics read, "But your bound to bleed if I adore you." Not "Play".

IMO, this song is expressing his feelings towards his lack to keep people happy in his life. Either due to being selfish or possibly drug use or cheating. He loves people but he will hurt them in the end and can't help himself.

Sick Puppies – Howards Tale Lyrics 18 years ago
I think this song is about sexual abuse. First verse, he sings about how the "shadows come to life" while the little boy is sleeping. Possibly talking about how his father sneaks into his room to molest him at night. At age nine he knows about it but lies to his friends so that they wont find out (Look up Co-Dependency). Chorus mentions "Taking me home, getting me stones, LEAVE ME ALONE" as if his father is getting him stones in order to molest him; hence the reason he says "leave me alone" after he mentions "getting me stoned".

He then talks about some lady letting him in and the first time not feeling right and that it will be the alst time he tries. This is probably talking about sexual confusion.

The last verse, when he is staring at a little boy, it might be talking about the cyrle repeating itself.

The idea of drug use above is also possible.

Pretty strong lyrics and either way, it does a good job of showing how children can be subject to abuse that they are not able to escape.
