I think this song has two meanings...
1. The guy was litterally drowning, and a spirit saved him.
2. The guy was really depressed from a break up to the point of suicide "And as my heart began to fall"... "Well I wouldn't be here at all" and Mandy loved him until he could love himself again... and then she left to go on to another male victim of love. |

I heard this song only 4 days ago at one of Billy's concerts for the first time, and absolutly fell in love with it.
Vienna, as stated above, is a city in Australia which is known for its rich history and geographical beauty. Billy wants this "crazy child" to go there, or any calming place really, and just slow down... which I think is what we all need to do. |
