um the lyrics are "she sits alone,TRIES TO ADJUST" not "tied to a chair" here i found this from an interview: Do you always conciously try to make your song lyrics reflective of that? Craig: It varies. Sometimes we want to be very specific in our lyrics, other times, we don't. A song like "Guys Like You Make Us Look Bad" is pretty much about rape. It's about women, rape and trying to overcome it. so dont tell me im an idiot. |

im not sure if this is right. but i think its about craig's baby. and him and his gf deciding if they want to have a kid. "conceiving has already started" as in conceiving a baby. and he's asking if this is what she really wanted. and the "that's my father" part, ....i dunno he mght be talking about God or maybe it's in the words of his child. i dunno that's what im thinking anyways. |
