This song, believe it or not, was actually inspired by Kurt Cobain. (not for his death though)
As you may or may not know, Kurt and Michael Stipe were good friends (in fact, Stipe is godfather to Kurt's daughter, Francis). Well one day, Kurt called Michael, telling him of the horrible day he just had. This was at the height of Kurt and Courtney Love's fame, so the paparazzi followed him all day, literally until he got home. So, Michael wrote a song about it. True story. |

Alright, first of all, Kurt was not bipolar. He suffered a very deep depression most of his life. Secondly, if you take a look at the facts and evidence, it's obvious Kurt did not kill himself. The police did a half assed investigation, and its most likely Courtney payed some of them off. |
