First off don't dis on conservatives, because not all conservatives think exactly the same. I'm a coservative I used to be against the leagalization of MJ untill...you know... And yes, somking weed is not nearly as dangerous as tobacco or alcohol, but the reason it is illegal, is because the gov't has no way of taxing it, people can grow a marijana plant in there back yard for free. One compromise for the leagalization, would be to handle it like alchohol, have a leagal limit that one can smoke, and if you go over the limit, you pay the cosequences. I dont know how they would measure it, or what, but hey, it's a start. Weed just makes shit funnuer, thats it, you can still function under the influence of mj, much better then alcohol. |
